What a good stay, nothing to complain about. Fairly clean hotel, attentive staff & particularly good and perfect location in a residential type area. Quiet rooms with flat-screen television, a safe box and a writing table. Location close enough to main shops and restaurants in Telaqapaqe, El Centro/Downtown, and the plaza. A short way from a national museum.

The rooms were clean. the staff were very nice. - the location of the hotel was marvelous, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Regional Ceramic Museum. - the property was in a very convenient area, really close to main shops and restaurants in Tlaquepaque and the plaza.

The suite comes with all the basics you'd expect, making it quite comfortable. Plus, you can't beat the location - it's just a mile away from a cool regional ceramic museum! 🏺

The hotel and rooms at Puerta San Pedro are nice and clean. The property has a beautiful authentic Mexican hacienda style with a modern upgrade. The suite we stayed in was comfortable and beautiful. Despite the lack of an elevator, the few flights of stairs were manageable. The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks away from the main square, shops and restaurants in Telaqapaqe. The pool on the third floor and the breakfast area were very convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located very close to the main commercial street, making it convenient for shopping and dining. the breakfast has a limited selection, but the food is tasty and satisfying. the view from the balcony is breathtaking, making it a great spot for leisure and relaxation.

The staff could be more attentive and helpful with guests' needs.

Great location, just a few blocks from the main square and within walking distance to the best restaurants and shops in the area. Very clean and well-decorated rooms, creating a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Loved having complementary tea and coffee available all day.

Limited breakfast, but it was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and yogurt. Sometimes the bread ran out too quickly and there was only one person serving all the guests which delayed the meal.
